With a powerful, reliable, and super-consistent gas ram system at its core, the BSA Lightning XL GRT SE is a superb rifle for the avid hunter or target shooter. The GRT (gas ram technology) rifle is sweeter to shoot, and doesn't lose power or accuracy over time, as a conventional spring system does.
The Lightning's superb accuracy is provided by one of BSA's cold hammer forged barrels, which are all made in Birmingham to strict quality standards. The barrel is covered with a barrel shroud to assist in noise suppression, as well as providing a half-inch UNF thread for the fitting of an additional sound moderator.
The wood stock is made in Italy by top-notch stock makers Minelli, then covered by soft-touch rubber for a solid grip and complete weather resistance. Chequering to the pistol grip and fore-stock improves grip, and at the rear of the stock there's a rubber butt-pad for great shoulder comfort.
The two-stage trigger has a crisp and clean release to ensure that each shot is on target, and a manual safety helps prevent accidental discharge.

Delivery to England & Wales
