The Hatsan Gladius is one of the latest models from the Turkish airgun manufacturer to arrive in the UK and comes in a bullpup format. This bullpup shape means that the action is seated at the rear of the stock which reduces overall length, maintains performance, but makes it much easier to handle as the centre of gravity is brought backwards.

Hatsan have fitted a side lever action in the centre of the action which makes it easy to cock and reload as it is just above your trigger finger. A removable 10 shot magazine is actioned by this side lever and each pellet is loaded into a precision rifled steel barrel which is also choked to increase consistency and overall accuracy.

The stock is made from hard wearing impact polymer which is completely weatherproof, and features an adjustable butt pad, and cheek piece. On the underside of the stock below the cheek piece is a magazine store which stores 3 magazines at once.

The removable cylinder has a built in pressure gauge as well as a unique system which prevents any gas wastage if the rifle is knocked or bounced at all. The quattro trigger system has a very crisp and clean let off and has a automatic and manual safety to help prevent accidental discharge.
