The Maxxim Elite's rifled steel barrel is covered by a full-length shroud, which reduces muzzle report and also acts as a cocking aid.

The rifle's beech stock features a ventilated butt pad and adjustable cheek piece, and there are rubber insert panels on the fore-stock.

This rifle comes with a gun bag and a 3-9 x 40 scope.
