Ruger Hawkeye Varmint Target - .223 Rem

The Vamint Target uses a unique two stage trigger system that is immune to trigger "creep" and over travel for crisp responsiveness and fantastic out of the box accuracy.

Ruger employ use of a hinged floorplate magazine on the Varmint Target that can hold up to 5 rounds and, along with its release catch, sits flush with the stock to prevent accidental access.

The 26" barrel is made from high grade alloy steel that is immune to rust and has been matte finished to eliminate any unwanted glare that may obscure your vision or give away your position. The barrel is also cold hammer forged for an extended working life and easy cleaning.

The integral scope mounts used on the Varmint Target are of Rugers own design and make your optic far more secure and stable than tradition rail mounts.

The stock of the Varmint Target is made from a durable laminate composite and has been ergonomically shaped for maximum comfort whilst shouldering.

Also includes: rugged one-piece, stainless steel bolt; studs for mounting sling swivels.
